Seasonal Site Information

Sites 1-54 are non-sewer sites that require the use of an external 300-gallon holding tank. Sites 55-118 have full sewer hookup. Water is included in all sites, and electricity is metered and billed three times a year. For non-sewer sites, we contract with a local company to pump out the holding tanks, which is currently $60, cash or check only (no credit cards).

Seasonal Site Details

Our seasonal site agreement begins mid-October and runs through mid-October, in which you may leave your camping unit on site through the winter. Water is usually turned off around mid-October and restored around mid- to end of April, depending on weather. We do not close the campground, and if you wish to come in the off-season, you can dry camp by bringing your own water. All units coming into the campground must be 15 years or newer in clean and original condition.

Fees and Payment Information

To secure a site, we require a one-time refundable security deposit of $250, which stays with the campground until you are no longer a seasonal and are not renewing for the following year. This will be returned per the terms of the seasonal site agreement. For the 2026 season, site fees range from $1925 to $2400 per year plus tax. One-half of the site fee is due on 10/01/2025, and the remaining half balance is due on 04/01/2026. We only accept cash or check; however, if you wish to pay with a credit card, we charge a 4% convenience fee.
